I’ve been on a little bit of a diet recently. I’m not talking about restricting yourself to food from the “healthy” menu but rather avoiding processed foods so that I can consume all the goodness of the real thing. I’m eating a lot of veggies and fruits and I am drinking lots of water. I am also watching the calories in my meals and counting my “bad” ones.

One thing I’ve noticed is that I’m a lot more aware of all the bad stuff in me. Its been a while since I’ve had a real “self” exam. Im not saying it’s a bad thing, but when I can be aware of all the junk that is in me, I feel better about myself. I’m not talking about eating healthily. I’m talking about actually avoiding the bad stuff.

Ive had my first ever self-evaluation at the age of 12. This is one of the most stressful periods I’ve ever been in. I feel like I am in my 40s or 50s, but I have no idea what I’m doing to myself. I have a lot of friends who are in their 60s and I have started to lose all of them.

When I started this whole journey, I thought I was going to be happy with self-awareness. I thought I was going to be a grown up. After all, it doesn’t matter if I know the difference between a healthy and a unhealthy diet, or if I know the difference between a healthy and unhealthy sleep. I am going to stop being the adult and start being the child.

I think this applies to life as well. We don’t have to have perfect knowledge of everything, but we should act as if we do. We should try to make ourselves a bit more aware of what we are doing and what we are aware of.

My favorite example is the self-awareness of the people who are not aware of their own bodies. I feel like a lot of people are very aware of what they are doing, but they have no idea how they are feeling. They are so focused on eating, sleeping, and doing whatever it is that they dont even realize their bodies are doing these things. People spend so much time on the internet these days that it is very hard to realize that we are all not alone in our own bodies.

This is quite possibly one of the most important points to make about the internet. It’s a place where people can do so much without feeling the least bit tired. You can put your own life in “self-soothing” mode, and it won’t kill you. The internet is a place where people can do so much without feeling the least bit tired.

What a great way to say “I can do too much”. In a way, this is even more true of the internet. It’s a place where we can do too much without feeling the least bit tired.
