I went to a Yoga Alliance class and immediately started thinking, “I wanna do this!” For some reason, that wasn’t the first time I thought that. The first time I thought, “I wanna do this!” was with my first yoga class. I was also the first person in my family to ever take a yoga class. I love yoga.
I was actually in the first class I took with a yoga instructor. My first class was with a Japanese woman. I was like, “I wanna do this.” And then when she was doing that, I was like, “I’ll have to do this.” I was totally serious. I was like, “I wanna do this.
A great reason to start practicing yoga. Many people think it is just something you do to “spice up” your life, but it actually has a significant impact on your health, mood, and physical movement. Apparently, Japanese women are no longer the sex objects they once were. As in, they now have their own social group. The group that is. This group is mostly composed of women, who are generally single, with a few men and a few women who are dating someone.
So, this group, the “yoga-soul-girls,” has discovered a secret technique of balancing their lives. They’re not just having sex with everyone they meet. They’re also practicing yoga, they go to yoga classes, and they try to be as healthy as they can. I’m pretty sure they’re not just having sex, but practicing yoga and they’re doing it with a positive attitude.
